Health and Fitness Professional | Founder of Live More Lifestyle
I’ve always been passionate about movement. What started with sport and boot camps quickly turned into something more. I wanted to learn everything I could about health, performance, and how to feel better in my body.
Before I became a coach, I was working as an electrician. But after dealing with ongoing injuries and chronic health issues along with not loving the profession, I hit a point where I couldn’t keep up with the demands of that life. I knew something had to change. That’s when I made the decision to study health and fitness seriously and not just for myself, but so I could help others do the same.
I’ve now been coaching for over six years, and everything I do through Live More Lifestyle comes from lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, limited, or unsure where to start. And I know the power of having the right support, structure, and mindset to get back on track.
Right now, I’m the sole coach in the business. So when you work with Live More Lifestyle, you're working directly with me. The brand is built around my approach: real coaching for real people, focused on long-term results, not quick fixes.
